Beef Kimchi Rice Bowl

Ingredients:
8oz beef chunk, thinly sliced
4oz napa kimchi, chopped

2 tablespoons Kikkoman®Soy Sauce, divided
1 tablespoon Kikkoman®Kotteri® Mirin
1 tablespoon Kikkoman®Oyster Sauce
1 tablespoon Kikkoman®Sesame oil
2 tablespoon water
½ tablespoon sugar
½ onion, thinly sliced
4oz garlic chives
Toasted white sesame seeds for garnish
Rice for serving

Cooking Steps:
1. Marinate the beef with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, mixing well.
2. Mix the remaining 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, oyster sauce, Kotteri Mirin, sugar, and water.
3. Heat sesame oil and some cooking oil in a pan over medium heat, add the beef and onions, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
4. Turn up the heat, add the chopped kimchi and stir-fry evenly, then pour in the mixed seasoning ingredients and stir-fry evenly.
5. Sprinkle in the chives and stir-fry until just cooked, then turn off the heat, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, and serve over rice.

牛肉 200克 切薄片
泡菜 100克 切碎
韭菜 50克
熟白芝麻粒 適量
熟白飯 1人份

烹飪步驟

牛肉用1大匙醬油一起抓勻醃製
將剩餘1湯匙醬油、蠔油、味醂、糖和水混合均勻
平底鍋中火熱麻油和適量食用油,放入牛肉和洋蔥煎炒1分鐘
轉大火倒入切碎的泡菜翻炒均勻後倒入混合好的調味料翻炒均勻
撒入韭菜快速炒至斷生後關火撒上白芝麻,蓋在飯上即可
