– 1kg Pork Big Bones
– 100ml Rice Wine (For Boiling Pork Bones)
– 5500ml Rice Water (Water used to wash rice)
– 1 White Onion
– 50g Garlic
– 200ml Rice Wine (For Slow Cooking Pork Soup)
– 500g Pork Shoulder

Korean Chili Paste
– 15g Garlic
– 30g White Onion
– 20g Korean Chili Flakes Powder
– 10g Gochujang
– 1Tbsp Pork Bone Soup

Garnish and Side Dish
– Spring Onion
– Green Chili
– Buchu-Kimchi
– Sliced Onion and Garlic
– Kimchi
