I make a variation of the sausage and potato dish. I like to use frozen peas and carrots in the winter or zucchini in the summer. I’ve never used the diced potatoes, I usually do it with egg noodles or cooked orzo.

Julia l enjoy your channel so much because it so simple, and I just turned on the road to 70 years of age and cooking is all about the spices right.

I have a challenge for you, I live in your neighboring State of Colorado, so l challenge you to a C•UT•Dishoff
Colorado☆Utah☆Dish
Off. If you win you get the Colorado Golden Skillet.

If I win you send me one of your Cook Book Signed of course, last thing to keep up with your channel theme best 2 out of 3.

Breakfast * Lunch and Supper. Theme "Everything Fresh Everything Chicken" (no cans) and of course Cheese.

A simple yes or No will do.

I have no Utube channel so I would email my recipes to you so you can double dip and have your better half be the judge. Then you will have the right to put the in your Flash Cards of Utah Cooking.

It’s always nice to watch your channel even if I don’t always comment. Things have been quite busy lately so these quick recipes will be super helpful. I want to make the pizza from your cookbook first and then the pasta dish. Look forward to your next video and I hope you have a good week.

Another winning recipes video! I had no idea that Walmart french bread looked so good! I will be making the individual pizza! Especially the Hawaiian! Never even thought I could make at home, bug you have inspired me(may even buy fresh) and put some of the rings on the grill for the pizza and other recipes. Yum!😊❤
