I had bought the pre made grocery store brand (same major chain as most of your ingredients are from), but it’s way too fatty and not enough meat in the package. I had made my own in the crock pot, and am excited to try your recipe.
My favorite use of beef barbacoa is to use on top of the grocery store pre-packaged southwestern salad mix! It is SO good on there! In fact, when I make it, I freeze small portions of it – enough for 1 salad each. So yummy! The only other addition is a small cubed avocado
