To be honest, I love your recipes. But it's not true that a normal person can do all the prep and cooking in 15 minutes. On average, your recipes take me one hour. Your book is great though!

Aaron and Claire, you both would be so proud of me. I made Japchae for my cousin's that never had Korean food before. And it was a big hit, everyone loved it. But I only made it with the veggies because I have a bad allergy to pork. After everyone eat, there was only enough left over for me to eat later. I hosted an exchange student from South Korean that we still keep in touch with and I sent her a picture and she was like oh wow mom it looks just like how they make Japchae here in Korean. She said she was very proud of me. Thanks for the channel and videos love you both. Sending love from Berea Kentucky USA.
