I would love to see a review of the Strata three-ply carbon steel skillets (top layer carbon steel, inside layer aluminum, bottom layer stainless steel) supposed advantage much lighter than regular carbon steel.

Please review baking gear like sheet pans, cooling racks & discuss things like nonstick coating— should I still use metal with nonstick coating to cook & bake? Also review kitchen utensils & utensil sets to replace the toxic recycled black plastic utensils that I now need to throw away. Thank you!

What a great round up! The Ankarscrum does seem to be a better design with the motor in the base. I like! But I'm not the cook/baker that would make the purchase price worth it. Several others have suggested testing large kitchen appliances like stoves or refrigerators. I like that idea! Thanks for doing what you do.

How small of a batch can you effectively make in the Ankarsrum? My Kitchen Aid 5 quart doesn't do small batches well, so I own a hand mixer. If it will handle small batches then I can justify leaving it on the counter all the time. Otherwise have to lug out of the closet to use.
