Although the last recipe was my favorite, in the interest of low-carb eating I am a huge fan of the Big Mac skillet. I also love egg roll in a bowl. Two of my favorite go to meals.

Hi Mel! I tried the pizza casserole tonight. It is very good. We love the flavors! My husband loves ground beef dishes so this was great for him too!
