We just finished the poor man’s steak. It was delicious and yes it took only about 20 minutes. This will be added to our rotation. Thank you.

I make a version of piccadillo in the Instant Pot, and instead of the olives and capers, I use muffuletta in a jar from Costco! I use a couple tablespoons and a spoonful or so of the brine. It’s delicious and adds the saltiness and a kick of spiciness. Haven’t tried the raisins but I will next time.
