You are the first Youtuber channel I've noticed with two stoves in the kitchen.
I also like the feature in the background, the slats holding what looks like large paper bags.

Informed cooks do not wash raw poultry! The recommendation to NOT wash raw poultry has existed for well over a decade now! Not only does "washing" NOT remove contaminants from the meat, it will disperse contaminants all over your sink and possibly even elsewhere in your home if there's any splashing or similar. Please educate yourselves.

I hate how crockpots make everything wet and soggy and somehow all the flavors disappear. Need to reduce that sauce by 3/4 and taste for seasoning after the meats done. Who likes wet sandwiches?

Yeh but, the Instant Pot will REALLY keep your kitchen cooler….and meals very fast, even from frozen. Enough already with the crockpot—–I've never, ever gotten a good meal out of a crockpot. They are a pain. Sorry, not sorry. The future IS instant pot. You recipes are great, crockpots are not.
