I think I will add a can of Organic Black Beans. Drain and rinse in strainer to the Corn Salad.

I have not been able to eat a corn chip salad since 2000. Went to a potluck, was about to take a really big bite and I found someone’s hair in the salad. 💔 just cannot do it to this day.

I make this often. Our daughter always wants the strawberry pretzel salad instead of a birthday cake! I let the jello set up a bit in the fridge before I add that last layer, that way no mixing of the layers.
