In this video I am watching this video about a seafood market and it reminds me of when I was visiting my friend GHALI in Morocco and I liked when he took me to the market, called SOUK in ARABIC, and there you could find just about anything you wanted and he taught me how to BARDER,meaning the price or what some people would call to HAGGLE, the price, that's what I do when I go to a FLEA MARKET, in or outdoors, because these vendors just want to get rid of their products ,and it's all based on CASH, but nowadays the DEPT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS, has put a limit on the amount of licenses that are granted, only ex-military are given them out, that's the only exception, they are given EXCEPTION TO RULE, AS PRIORITY ONE.But it's not really worth the effort,and time, including the expense of the money for the inventory, and you have to file your taxes with IRS.Thats why most Veterans don't do it, not worth it, and you have uncover NYPD COP'S outdoors looking for people selling FRAUD OR STOLEN things, and they are all detective's, with their GOLD SHIELDS.
