My gosh Joel…😮…I must say I have always been intimidated by batter, always thought I would be a big failure with it so I have never cooked anything with batter. Well it got the better of me after watching your video as you make it look so easy. Guess what? It was so easy, I used your recipe (fish and chips) for last nights dinner we had (snapper fillets and flathead tails). They turned out perfect, Following your method the fish was beautiful and moist the batter was light crispy, not oily and very yummy. Thanks again Joel you never fail me, every recipe I have done of yours has always been a winner. 😊 This one has gone onto the Fav’s list and I have conquered all my fears! Thank you 🙏
