That's great. That is just how I slice up my olives too. And good to see a real home cook getting her hands in there to move the chicken around. It irritates me to watch those shows where they take forever trying to be so upscale with utensils instead of just getting the job done.

My Daughter-in-law and Granddaughter are dairy free and they can't have any cheese, including goats cheese because of allergies, is it a life choice? Just asking and not criticising xx

goat's milk is considered "dairy-free"? since when? goat's milk is better and healthier for you, but no, it is not "dairy free".
it is dairy.
if you are wondering what is missing from your recipes once you have real mexican food as opposed to tex mex, it is cumin- we call it comino. we usually grind it in a pestle and mortar ourselves. however, you can buy it ground. it is cheap. chili powder never has enough in it. we use it to flavor our meat and we add it to chili power in fideo and any other dish.

Figures, I just bought the ebook after cooking Mexican on a budget suggested it. It does look helpful but it figures it’s free after I bought it. 😢😂
