I hate the way this is produced. The music choice is horrible. Where are the instructions. Stop wasting your producing terrible videos and worse subjecting the YouTube community to them. Get a different pastime or job!

Sear seasoned chops in pan and then bake in oven to temp with a dash of cinnamon, add stilton blue cheese and a finish with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar reduction. Serve over wilted spinach sautéed with garlic and olive oil. A layer of crispy grated potato umbrellaed over is an great accompaniment.
