INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE :

1 kg Chicken
1 Onion
5 Tomatoes
Coriander Stems
2 – 3 Laddle Oil (used throughout the recipe)
40 -50 Gms of Butter (used throughout the recipe)
2 Badi Elachi
1 Bay Leaf
3 Laung
3 Choti Elachi
7 – 8 Garlic Cloves
1 Inch Ginger
50 Gms Cashews
1.5 tsp Salt
2 tsp Sugar
2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder (used throughout the recipe)
2 Green Chillies
5 – 6 Dried Chillies
1/4 tsp Haldi Powder
1 Cup Water
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tbsp Kasuri Methi
1 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Elachi Powder
2 Tbsp Tomatoe KEtchup
2 – 3 Tbsp Malai
1 Tbsp Raw Mustard oil
Fresh Coriander Leaves
