					<description><![CDATA[I start everyday with natural plain yogurt usually Greek with almonds and blueberries added or at least some kinds of Fruit and nuts. I eat plenty of fruit and salad and eat fish and poultry meat only, definitely no red or processed meat. Nowadays I try to avoid any processed food at all although some people do class Greek yogurt as a processed food I suppose. A lot of people also don’t realise with fruits like citrus fruits and kiwis there is more nutrition in the skin and seeds than the pulp so I always eat these.]]></description>
