Tried this out just now n must say it turned out quite well. But since I hd no time to marinate I put the smoked coal while cooking. But next time I'll follow the recipe properly. Anyway thank you so much, I ws getting fed up of cooking chicken n wanted a different recipe.

I tried this with chicken breast and it came out amazing! I was hoping to use the marinade to make chicken legs on the bbq and I was just wondering if you would change it in any way for that or if it’s good just as?
