Hello Dear.
I would just name it, slow cooked brisket of beef or whatever it is. Then when a viewer opens your channel, then explain the preset is 60 degrees Celsius, on the "dehydrate" button.
I almost didn't iik, because, I thought you were dehydrating a great chunk of meat, which would take a very long time. It didn't make sense to me. However, I decided to have a quick look because I was a bit confused as to why.
Slow cooking other tough cuts in a slow cooker would give good results but not in the air fryer. Is that correct?
I will make a drink and then watch, out of curiosity. I'd rather pay for an inexpensive cut.
Can one slow cook other meats. I love slow cooked meats. It would be wonderful if one didn't have to get the slow cooker out every time.
Thank you. 😊🌹
