I never understood the obsession to add eggs to make keto bread. Eggs turn it into a cake, only the whites makes it fluffy.

I made it and I liked the texture and how easy it was to make. But it does smell and taste a bit eggy. Is there any way you can make it with less egg?
I make it for my one year old who has an egg a day. I don’t want her to have more. 😄
