I love the fact that it uses only 2 eggs and 3 egg whites vs the use of 5 whole eggs. I did recently substitute the flax seed for chia seeds and it turned out great but I wasnt sure if I was supposed to soak the chia seeds before adding them. Delicious, just has a slight crunch with the chia seeds compared to the flaxseeds.
