Today was my first time ever attempting pumpkin bread. I followed your recipe and it turned out great. The only issue I have is that it's so good, I keep wanting more so I had to make a second loaf. Wow!

YUM x Infinity!!! I had to make mine gluten free though. Made no difference. Still came out tasty and incredible. I also added some walnuts. Next time I'm adding walnuts and chocolate chips. THANKS FOR SHARING!!! YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!

I dunno. My MOM made the BEST punkin bread years ago. When I moved away from home, she'd mail me loaves of pumpkin, applesauce, and cranberry bread. SO GOOD! (BTW, a slice of apple inside your bag of brown sugar for about 24 hours should do the trick)

Cut down the sugar then add a box of vanilla instant pudding, it yields a very tender loaf.
