Same with the teflon. If its chipping away – you're eating it. I dont care if they say its not as bad as stated. I don't think we're meant to ingest these things. Ill be bummed it silicone ends up being a problem. But im already leaning toward only using it cold and avoiding and heated application

I rely on a spatula that's over 100 years old. It is metal, extremely thin and flexible. I even use it (very carefully) on my nonstick pans over a year now with no damage to the pans.
