If you cook squid from frozen, it always turns rubbery and tough because it always gets overcooked.

The first time I fixed bok chou and chicken my wife wouldn't eat it sayin that it "needed more color." The next time I did it I added carrots and mushrooms. I thought she was going to eat the whole pan.πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈ I tried cooking with oyster sauce this past spring and now it's a regular ingredient in my cooking.
