"WOW", indeed! I just got back into fishing recently, trout and salmon. It took me a while to get back into since my late father taught me and he passed in September of 2015. As a Mother now, I am teaching my son to fish, as it's an important survival tool for anyone.

I consider myself a "flavor junkie" where I like to try all different styles of preparing meals so that my palate is happy and warm with new ideas. Thank you again for sharing your culture and love of cooking! You have made this look very simple, breaking down exactly how to filet a fish, which my father always use to do for us. I have been experimenting more and more with more "technical" cooking and I cannot wait to try your recipe with my family. 💗
