If you would have read the instructions that came with your chefman you would have seen that it says not to cover with foil

I enjoyed your video, all three of my smokers cost less then $100.00 each, I can cook great BBQ on them and you proved that. You don't need a $1000.00 smoker to do that. I just purchased a Chefman and can't to try it out.
