So yesterday I was looking at 6 darkening sad bananas in my fruit bowl. So I did a fast search and saw this recipe. As I had all the ingredients, I figured I’d give it a try.
It was absolutely wonderful!
I did make 1 slight deviation from the recipe. As I said I had 6 bananas, so I cut 4 as instructed but I mashed the other 2 .
At the point where you add the butter to the pudding/custard, that’s was when I put in the mashed bananas and whisked. Then folded in the cut bananas.
*ps; I also used brown sugar in the graham. With white sugar in the pudding/custard.
(When I make it next, I will reduce the sugar in the pudding/custard. Just a bit sweet for me and my family, not overly sweet just a bit too sweet. I’ll try 1/4 cup instead of 1/2 cup.)

Can you use 2% milk? I also have reg salted butter.
