Mine was much too garlicy with 2. Garlic is such a high impact seasoning. Kind of disappointing overall. I’ll try it again sometime with just 1 clove and more basil leaves. I used a tad less basil than recommended so the taste of the oil and garlic really came through heavy. Added some heavy cream to lessen the spice but it drowned the basil flavor too some.
