She took the potatoes out of a bowl of water into another pan and then poured the same water in, why not pour the bowl of potatoes and water into the pan.

It looks delicious. I like your cooking technique. I could follow your reasoning for ingredients and even get an idea of the taste. This seems like a meal the elderly and young children can easily eat ….simple herbs and seasonings and soft textures. I cook gluten free too. So I appreciate how you thickened the gravy. I have a chuck roast thawing in the fridge. I think I'll try this tonight. Thank you for sharing your recipe.

Hmm,thinking you are a southern lady, your accent is definitely not Lancashire, England 😂😂, if I am right and you are in oz, give me a point in the quiz team 😅😅, is it wrong to say that every country has a comforting stew of somthaughts, where there is no recipe, we had a family allotment many years ago in 2001 when times were good in the UK, wish we had it now 🫣🤫, a stew is a good hearty meal, no matter what the country, we all do the same thing, so why can we not cook together in peace ❤❤,
