I bout mine, the next size down from Ric's, for $15 U.S. They were running about $90 to $109 in Walmart at the time. A wonderful time saver for roasts and stews if nothing else.

Always comes out soft and succulent with good flavour. However here in the UK meat is proving to be expensive, and that applies across the board. The amount of shin you demonstrated with would cost an arm and leg here. Have never known meat to be so expensive . ❤
