DELICIOUS!!! I LOVE this simple recipe!! Here in the states, it's SOOO popular to use cream of mushroom soup. I am fighting cancer, and working hard to get away from processed crud. Your recipe, my organic ingredients, YUM!! I actually use organic sour cream, then add a tablespoon of cooking sherry and worcestershire sauce (to taste) at the end with the S. Cream. DELICIOUS!!!!! Over rice is BEST! Thank you for this! I re-watch your vid every time I cook it. Heading to kitchen right now!! 🙂
