The mushroom sauce is definitely going into regular dinner rotation here at our house. I love that you don't need to sear the tenderloin before putting it in the oven. I made this twice and both times I had to cook it longer than the 28-30 minute recommended time to get to medium. I used a meat probe so it was no issue. Highly recommend anyone looking to cook expensive cuts of meat like this invest in a meat thermometer or probe. Thanks so much!

It was a pretty good dish. It looked like you reverse seared the tenderloin or smoked it. Which is a big deal. The only complaint I have is it has way to much cream. I think it takes too much away from the wine reduction. Also I used a sweet white and mixed in some asparagus heads. it was yum. Great recipe!
