Another really good recipe, Mike. I like the way you give alternatives for hotter or less hot dishes. Not everyone likes it super hot (my better half for one), me i'm a bit of a spicy lover. So everyone can be happy.

When I was stationed in England for two years, I discovered Indian food. Chicken Vindaloo was my favorite Indian dish. I got it weekly at an Indian takeaway along with vegetable pielow, and Onion Basshi for an appetizer.
