Works great with refried beans too. Love your recipe. I like to crush it all up and then with the spatula sort make a rough patty in order to crisp some of it but stiil leave most soft. Gosh my mouth is watering now. Unfortunately my wife wont let me make this as much as i would like to. She loves it too but she now makes me use ground turkey in a hash because she says she wants me to live a little longer. Oh well. A happy wife is a happy life.

Don’t complicate getting corned beef out of the tin…simply use a fork between the tin can and the corned beef and prise it out. It works for me….and no doubt the Russians.
