I made this recipe, or something very similar for Thanksgiving (turkey is vile). We loved it so much that now when I want something like thighs or wings when watching football I just get a full bird and “spatchcock it”. 😂 My wife isn’t a fan of chicken on the bone, where that’s my favorite way to eat chicken so this is the perfect happy medium. She’s get a juicy breast and myself and my kids get everything else. Making it again right now for the Giants/Redski….errr, Commanders game! #GIANTSON3 #BIGBLUEWRECKINCREW
