					<description><![CDATA[You don&#039;t necessarily need all that space in the fridge. We use one of those big, orange coolers from Home Depot. It fits the bird perfectly. We add quite a bit of ice to the brine and once the bird is inside, put the whole thing in the garage (out of the way and COLD) for 24 hours. There is always plenty of ice left when the bird is done with its salty bath : )]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I  cook my turkey Breast side down and flip it over for the last 3rd of my cooking time. I get super juicy white meat and a crispy skin , My mother used to shove 2 whole sticks of butter between the skin and the breast meat on her turkey and an onion sliced in half in the neck and arse of her bird, another great way to cook a bird. I hate stuffed turkey and forget the whole mess of a turducken!]]></description>
