just tried it - pretty awesome. bookmarked it for future repeats. made a few changes:
* muted the clip
* used chicken breast
* didn't have enough corriander so I supplemented it with cumin
* used yogurt instead of water for the cashwes/chilis paste
* only used 1.25 onions

Use Kashmiri chilies for dry chilies or 2-3 chilies are enough. 5-6 chilies will make it very spicy. Also, remove the seeds. My dish was very very very spicy and we could not finish it.
