It didn’t really work for me. It came out very dry. Not moist at all. I used Stevia instead of sugar. I wonder if that had something to do with it. I also wonder if you could mix this up by hand and bake it in the oven. I may try that.

When I attempted to make this pound cake and pressed the select course it would only select from the choices on top. It did not go to jam, or cake, or any choice.on the bottom row.
