We got a little potluck at work going on soon. I offered to make a brisket using your weekday brisket recipe (what a winner btw). Our Sr manager caught wind of this and decided him and our production manager will show up to taste test. Got some big heads coming in, hoping I can impress them with your recipes!

Found the channel back in June and encouraged me to get my first smoker. The wife and I base our entire weekly dinners around cooking outside! I have all of the seasonings and we have loved learning all about smoking, grilling, and using the meat church lineup. Thank you so much for the years of videos on your channel! Keep em coming!
