Definitely not a butter chicken recipe I was expecting from a channel called “Spice Eats”. This seemed more Mediterranean than spicy Asian. Ok, there was loads of pepper, but maybe at least replace some of that with a touch of chilli to add to the flavour profile? And could the sauce thickening process simply be done by steady reduction and concentration of flavours, rather than using so much flour?
