I made this last night and it was pretty good. It really did have a Cajun feel to it. I used Slap My Mama Cajun spice, highly recommended!

I remember making your old Cajun chicken pasta when the video was first released! We had never used Cajun seasoning before, wasn't really a thing here in Malta so we naturally didn't know how spicy it was! Ended up having to wash off the pasta sauce cause no one could eat their dinner! Much more careful with the seasoning now 🙂 This updated version looks delish!
