					<description><![CDATA[You can add corn,chorizos ,smoked Russians  or you can leave them out but one thing you’ve got to add are the eggs! &lt;br&gt;Eggs in a seafood boil seems wrong but the flavours that you get when you eat it ,is something else .&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Tips : 1) Add in seafood and veg that takes the longest to get done first and the items like prawns and mussels should be added last.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;2) Prawns cook very quickly in a seafood boil. Here’s a breakdown:&lt;br&gt;	•	Large prawns (shell-on or peeled): 2-3 minutes&lt;br&gt;	•	Jumbo prawns: 3-4 minutes&lt;br&gt;	•	Smaller prawns: 1-2 minutes&lt;br&gt;I used precooked prawns so I only cooked them for under 1 min.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;You’ll know they’re done when they turn pink and curl into a “C” shape. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Cajun seafood boil&lt;br&gt;——————&lt;br&gt;Ingredients for the boil&lt;br&gt;1 tsp each : chilli flakes,parsely,oregano,paprika ,cumin,seafood spice (@spicemeccaza &lt;br&gt;2-3 tsp Cajun spice &lt;br&gt;Prawns (shelled or shell on And deveined )&lt;br&gt;Crab&lt;br&gt;Mussels&lt;br&gt;Potatoes&lt;br&gt;Juice from 1/2 a lemon&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Seafood boil sauce &lt;br&gt;1 onion finely chopped&lt;br&gt;3 cloves of garlic finely chopped&lt;br&gt;50g unsalted butter &lt;br&gt;2 tsp each : parsely,oregano,cumin,chilli flakes,paprika,seafood spice &lt;br&gt;3 tsp Cajun seasoning&lt;br&gt;Salt and black pepper&lt;br&gt;1 tsp sugar &lt;br&gt;Juice from 1/2 a lemon (or more if you’d like)&lt;br&gt;2 cups of seafood boil broth &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Method &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;1) In a smaller pot boil eggs &lt;br&gt;2) In a much larger deep pot water (fill the pot up ) and add in your seasoning.&lt;br&gt;3) Start with potatoes and boil for 12-25 mins (halved or whole)&lt;br&gt;4) Add blue crab ,lemon juice and boil for 10-12 mins&lt;br&gt;5) Add mussels and boil for 3-5 mins&lt;br&gt;6) Prawns (depending on the size of prawns you’re using ) boil for 1 min.&lt;br&gt;7) Add in boiled and peels eggs and set aside to allow all of the seafood and veg to soak in the spices.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Seafood boil sauce &lt;br&gt;1) In a separate pot melt unsalted butter,add onions and garlic and cook till onions are translucent.&lt;br&gt;2) Add in spices and seafood boil broth ,salt,pepper,sugar and lemon juice ,mix and allow to simmer for 10 mins.&lt;br&gt;3) Add in your boiled seafood and mix well&lt;br&gt;4) Garnish with fresh parsely and lemon wedges &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Enjoy hot ! 🦐🦀]]></description>
