					<description><![CDATA[When I use vinegar in my jerks I always stop my drying or smoking stage halfway and glaze it with my flavoring without the vinegar. &lt;br&gt;Return it to drying. The glaze protects the insides from drying out to crumbles. &lt;br&gt;It will also add lots more flavor.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I usually layer my flavors with my jerks and its the best way to make spicy jerky.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I also use this method for making dehydrated burgers for my camping trips. It rehydrates better because the glaze doesn&#039;t absorb the water but the insides do. &lt;br&gt;You get a fatty glaze taste outside and juicy inside. I&#039;ve been doing it for almost 15 years.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I also make a surf n turf jerky. Dried shrimp powder coat the gaze before returning it to drying. You can also add some dehydrated lime. &lt;br&gt;I use that jerky for camping tacos. So good.]]></description>
