How did I not think of that? But you just gave me an idea. I have one of those Dash waffle ice cream bowl makers. Brownie bowls filled with ice cream? Oh, yeah!

BTW, you can make tasty gorditas in a regular waffle iron.
2 cups instant corn masa
1 1/3 cup milk
1 egg
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Mix together and bake as for waffles.

Top with refried beans, cheese, maybe meat, shredded lettuce, onions, salsa, maybe sour cream, and what have you.
