That all looked delicious. On the pin wheels I just mix everything together and then spread the mixture. Makes it much easier. Love your show Mandy!

My thing is texture. My sister says you can't tell the difference. I'm still not convinced. Textures so set me off. I absolutely hate flour tortilla enchiladas. They become googy gummy. It drives me bonkers when people call tortillas shells. Tortillas are a flat bread. It's actually a type of flat bread. You can eat it with or without a filling.

Tuna melt, salad ( sometimes with pasta), casseroles the patties that were mentioned. All the canned meats can be used instead of cooking a lot, especially if you're alone or two or three in a household.
