In my world of the South of US, mustard base bbq sauce is all we eat. I loved this!

This looks great. I've been using Lillie's Q Gold for several years and think it has a superbly balanced flavor. I also enjoy Lillie's Carolina sauce (not ENC). Your vinegar barbecue sauces are excellent.

Sounds good but, I don't care for yellow mustard. I would use REAL mustard for this.

That's a South Carolina sauce. I live in North Carolina and we use a vinegar base sauce.

One thing I've been trying to imitate for a while is Naf Naf Harissa and Skhug. Once I figure them out I'll eat the same salad bowl everyday for the rest of my life
