Very similar to mine. I shread the chicken with a couple of forks and i have started using problano peppers instead of bells. I thought i smelled that for a second there.

I usually cut the chicken first, but how you did it makes more sense, because you seared it, locking in the juices. I like that you mixed your own seasoning also. Good job.
