Thanks, with worsening migraines, that adaptive technology (voice command) caught my interest. The allergen detector would be a lifesaver for parents if it were smaller. Maybe a button for kids with peanut allergies.

The appliances with the built in voice assistance that don't use google or Alexa sound great. I'm assuming they don't need internet. Automation without loss of privacy is definitely the way to go.

In this entire video, I saw one thing that I could genuinely say 'wow, I definitely would love that' and that's the inductive power small appliances. I love the idea of just putting my toaster,/blender/food processor on a designated area, and it starts right up. I think that could change how we design kitchens, so you don't have to have an outlet every 24 inches.
