Question: does it work without nooch and vegan worcestershire sauce because it's kinda expensive where I'm at. Miso I can get, those two is kinda hard. Then again I don't cook tempeh with those (I just marinate in spice blend and deep fry them)

My issue is all soy meat substitutes taste weird. The TVP has a heavy cardboard taste (tastes like cardboard smells) tempeh is bitter. Like all of them have a funky flavor that I cannot get out.
