The water proportion seems off. Moisture is already present in yogurt, chicken and tomatoes. You've also soaked the rice for 30 minutes. There's so much moisture, yet you add 2 cups of water. Perhaps 1 to 1.5 (rice to water may be a better idea). It looks like the rice is mashed up in the final product. Looks more like an upma.
