Last Sunday I made a beef bourguinon and, then, last Tuesday I realised I had completely forgotten to add the flour. Leave it to me. I always make a mistake. Anyway, I've frozen the stew so when I reheat it I'll add the flour then. Not an ideal situation because FLOUR NEEDS TO COOK! All I can do in the circumstances though as I don't have a Jack to remind me.
